About us
Building Matrix OS
Our mission is to give everyone a personal computer in the cloud where their AI agents live, keep context, and work 24/7. We combine Hamed's product instinct with Nima's engineering and security depth to make always-on agents useful without buying hardware or babysitting infrastructure.
Meet our founders
Hamed brings product and machine-learning instincts from PostHog and Newly, with a Machine Learning Engineering background from KTH. He focuses on making Matrix OS useful in real workflows: clear, fast, and grounded in how people actually build.
Nima brings security and engineering depth to Matrix OS, shaped by Olympiad gold-medal problem solving, two years as part of the IOI Scientific Committee, and experience as a DEF CON finalist. He focuses on reliable systems, polished interfaces, and the details that make AI feel native.

We'll pay an eligible referrer $5,000 USD when their candidate joins Matrix, remains employed in good standing, and successfully completes the applicable probationary period.
How it works

Tell them first
Make sure the candidate knows and agrees to the introduction. Please only share the minimum information we need to connect.
- 02
Introduce them early
Email us before they apply or enter our hiring process. Include their name, the role, why they stand out, and copy them on the note.
- 03
They join and thrive
We run our usual hiring process. If they join and successfully complete their probationary period, you become eligible for the reward.
Referral reward terms
- The referral must be for a currently listed full-time role and submitted before the candidate applies, interviews, or is contacted by Matrix. Self-referrals are not eligible.
- The candidate must be new to Matrix: no application, interview, direct recruiting contact, or prior referral during the previous 12 months.
- For duplicate introductions, the first eligible referral received and recorded by Matrix qualifies for the reward.
- The program is for independent individual referrals. Current Matrix team members follow the internal referral policy. Recruiters and agencies are not eligible without a separate written agreement.
- We pay within 30 days after the candidate successfully completes the probationary period in their employment agreement, or six months of continuous employment if no probationary period applies.
- The referrer is responsible for any taxes, reporting, and payment details. Rewards are not available where prohibited by law or by the referrer's employer or other applicable policy.
- A referral does not guarantee an interview or affect our hiring standards. Fraud, misrepresentation, or attempts to manipulate the program void eligibility.
- Matrix may update or end the program, but eligible referrals already accepted in writing remain subject to the terms confirmed when they were submitted.
