Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

Does the timestamp converter accept seconds and milliseconds?

Yes. A 10-digit Unix value is read as seconds and a 13-digit value as milliseconds. ISO date strings are also accepted.

Why do UTC and local timestamp results differ?

They describe the same instant in different time zones. The local display follows the browser's time-zone setting; use UTC for portable records.
