Hiring dashboard
Review careers applications together with organization access and an attributed hiring history.
The hiring dashboard combines website applications and careers-group email in one shared pipeline. Open /admin/ats on the company website and sign in with your Matrix account.
Organization access
Access follows live Clerk organization membership. An email domain or an unrelated active organization does not grant access. Removing a member removes their access on the next request, including private CV downloads.
Members can read candidate records, add notes, scorecards and follow-up tasks. Organization admins can also change stages, reject candidates, record offers or hires, schedule interviews and invite teammates from Manage team. A custom reviewer permission can grant hiring decisions without granting organization administration. Each saved change records the signed-in actor.
Careers email
New careers-group email arrives in Careers inbox. Review an unknown sender, choose the role and select Add to pipeline. Later email from an active candidate links to their existing record. PDF, DOC and DOCX CVs are available as private downloads. Email applicants have no fabricated website consent record.
Email delivery uses a dedicated recruiting receiving address subscribed to the Google Group. It does not require access to anyone's personal Gmail inbox. The original group archive remains available for the full message and unsupported attachments. Historical imports preserve existing reviews and do not send a flood of Slack alerts.
Slack review
Website applications and new careers email can notify the configured recruiting channel. Discuss candidates in the notification thread and follow Review in ATS to save hiring decisions. Clerk permissions apply to that link; Slack membership alone does not grant candidate access. Slack discussion replies remain in Slack rather than becoming attributed ATS notes.
If an update fails, the dashboard shows an error. Refresh and retry; concurrent candidate edits use revisions so one reviewer cannot silently overwrite another's changes.
