Corporate AI upskilling · pilot discovery

AI training that starts with your team’s work.

Move from scattered experimentation to a shared way of working. Start with one team, one recurring task and a learning goal you can inspect.

A useful place
to begin.

Who it’s for

Team leaders, operations heads and learning leads who want practical AI upskilling for a defined group.

Before you begin

A team sponsor, a recurring work problem and agreed boundaries for the information used during practice.

What you’ll work towards

A shared task brief, reviewed work samples and evidence to decide what deserves a larger rollout.

The proposed path

Learn it.
Then try it.

  1. 01

    Understand the work

Discuss where people lose time or confidence. Choose a small task and baseline how it is done today.

  2. 02

    Learn through a role-specific mission

Practice briefing, context selection and checking outputs using synthetic or explicitly approved information.

  3. 03

    Try a fresh task

Review an unfamiliar example against agreed criteria. Record assistance needed, mistakes and practical limitations.

  4. 04

    Decide the next step

Choose further learning, a workflow prototype or no change. Scope implementation and commercial terms separately.

An example of the work

Something you can inspect.

An operations team practices turning a shift handover into a checked action list. Participants identify missing owners and dates, review the AI draft and repeat the task with a fresh example.

Scope, delivery and timing are agreed before a pilot begins.

A little more
before you start.

Is this a ready-made company-wide programme?

We are scoping the first small pilots. Timing, delivery, group size and data boundaries are agreed before a pilot begins.

How do you measure a pilot?

Agree an observable skill and review rubric first. Look at performance on a fresh task, output quality and review effort. Course completion alone is not proof of skill or ROI.
